I inherited my mother’s archival tendencies, and her camcorder. I took our camcorder to Colombia to document my mum’s final return home.
I edited the footage with Davinci, I also tried colour grading for the first time.
Maybe starting with old camcorder footage which is grainy was not the easiest but once I got over the fear of not getting a perfect result (perfection on my first try?!), it was fun and I am proud of me for learning a new skill.
